Annual General Meeting
Just a reminder that the SWHL Annual General Meeting will be held next Monday 2 November 2021. The meeting will be held face to face at SOP Quay Centre - Acacia Room near reception.
Only vaccinated club delegates can attend the meeting face to face - we will not have zoom available for delegates. A representative from SOP Quay Centre will be present to assist with your QR code check in and to also check your proof of vaccination (present you vaccination certificate).
Parking will be in P3 across from the Quay Centre and you can validate your parking ticket at reception on arrival.
Attached below are the documents for Monday night's meeting - AGM agenda, Annual Report, 2020 AGM minutes, Committee nominations. Please bring your own copies of these documents to reference as I won't be printing out copies for everyone.
If you're unable to attend, please try to send an alternate delegate (who is vaccinated). Please send through any apologies by 5pm on Monday before the meeting. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
